We have two Old English Bulldogs - a six year old and a 13 week puppy. Both white.
Our oldest has had a condition of yellow patches on his fur. He's been checked by our vet many times and we were of course happy to learn this wasn't a health issue.
After reading so many positive reviews I ordered the 32 ounce bottle of BIO-GROOM.
Low and Behold, after two latherings the yellow patches on Harley's coat were at least 80% gone and his coat was silky and an almost brilliant white.
As for the puppy his coat came out just gorgeous, silky and snow white.
This is a wonderful product, the dogs love it, we love it. It delivers on it's promise - and smells great too boot!

I tried several whitening shampoos for my gold and white Shih Tzus, and we've had the best results with the Bio-Groom whitening shampoo. One of my two dogs is prone to dry skin, and the Bio-Groom product used weekly, is mild enough for him to tolerate. My younger Shih Tzu has a dense, almost woolly textured coat, and this product has good penetration. The scent is relatively mild, cutting down on my older dog's nearly excessive self grooming after a bath. My dogs are intolerant of hot water, and this shampoo lathers efficiently in the lukewarm water they prefer. I'd like to find a shampoo that is more effective addressing tear stains, but minimizing skin irritation leading to hot spots is my top priority, and this shampoo's whitening on all but the most persistent tear stains is very good.

This stuff is great! Smells so fresh, not wet doggy or parlor smelly just clean. It really does seem to help some with future matting. Love the ease of the pump, so I can apply as much and when and where as needed. Doesn't seem to hurt, sting or redden the whites of dog's eyes temporarily if some gets in it. Not sure if its white is any white than some of the pearlesance optic enhancers types that I used butnot noticeably less. I am happy , I used cheaper and used more expensive, but this is priced right, especially if you can get reasonable shipping then excellent value. As long as the price doesn't jump over 10-20% I will stick with this and endorse brand to all our friends and family.

My dog is blonde and this shampoo makes her so soft and so shiny. Everyone always comments on how soft she is and how pretty her fur is. The bottle also lasts a really long time.
