I used Boundary to ATTEMPT to keep my cats out of the garden. I am highly disappointed. I have 4 cats and it did not stop even one of them from entering the garden area! I applied to the soil first as the can suggested--didnt' work, then I applied to an old towel, as the can suggested, didn't work--even tried applying to a cardboard box--nope--I sprayed and resprayed--NOTHING! I spent almost $12 and it's a faux!

I have a cat who scratches anything and everything in sight!! I recently bought a new sofa and have been spraying it daily with Boundary and the cat won't go near it! Thanks Boundary!!!

This stuff doesn't work. I don't know if it is because it evaporates very quickly (less than 24 hours), or if it just plain doesn't work. I tried using it to keep the cats out of the dining room, but they continue pooping on the carpet regardles of whether I use the spray.

Love Boundary because it keeps my dog out of the garbage. O is addicted to getting in the garbage. We tried weighing it down, putting pepper juice on it, putting it in the cabinet under the sink and a bunch of other strategies and nothing worked because he was on a mission to pillage the garbage. I found this on discount at a drug store and said, "what the heck?!".
He now stays away from the trash.
You have to spray it once/day.
The smell is like citronella.
It keeps my beast out of the trash!
Love it and will continue to buy it.
