Removes dead skin and restores natural moisture to the skin. This hypoallergenic formula may be used as often as necessary. Balanced pH. Contains hydrolyzed oat protein. Dilutes 1 part shampoo to 10 parts water. Will not strip the coat. May be used as often as necessary.
