I have to say that you can NOT look at the picture when ordering this! It only includes the top item. While I did, however, like the durability of the bone, I was disappointed that I didn't read more carefully. The add should have been more clear!

I have to laugh because this bone is tiny! Clearly I didn't read the description well, and it was much too small for my 80 pound lab. Lola usually does really well with Nylabone products, but this one was no match for her jaws-of-steel. It gave her lots of enjoyment while it lasted, but eventually I had to throw it away. This will be perfect for smaller breeds.
