This gizmo is superb for getting rid of strong odors such as pet smells and bathroom fumes. Use with the NilOdor refills. I have a huge Rottweiler that loves to roll around outside in the dirt and grass. He can smell downright atrocious sometimes, but trust me you would never know that I had a dog. This baby works way better than the Glade Puff machine, which I happen to love also but only use in smaller rooms. Simply set the timer at 7, 15, or 25 minutes and poof a powerful blast of scented air comes out. The only problem I have with the NilOdor dispenser is that the machine is supposed to calculate the exact number of sprays necessary to empty the canister and flash when the unit is empty; however, I have found that there are at least 20 more sprays left in container the when the machine flashes empty. Not a problem though...just fool the machine by resetting the timer and finish up the can. There are several refill scents, but I find that they all smell similar. Lemon smells the best; it smells lemony. The other flavors really don't smell like their names. The machine can be mounted to the wall if you desire. I live in a 775 sq ft apartment and find that one machine is strong enough for the entire dwelling.

We have 3 German Shepherds and this product keeps the house smelling fresh. I use the "clean" scent, which is subtle but nice. I have used the less expensive imitations that they sell in supermarkets, but have found they do not last for more than a few months. I highly recommend this product.

I never run out of this. I have 3 in my home and use the fresh scent. It sure helps cover the doggie smell. If you have animals in your home this really works!
