Durable and perfect sized pet food container Jan 29, 2009
By Henry Ford This container is great quality, but it DOES NOT have a shipping weight of 30 lbs so with the shipping costing as much as the container itself is a rip off. Target stores have the same container for much cheaper.

Great Product.. May 23, 2009
By Michael T. Russi This is a perfect item for dog food. Slides nice with the wheels on the bottom. Air tight for lasting freshness.

Great product, just what i needed Mar 11, 2010
By java bear The low profile wheels are great and makes it easy to move around, but it does fly across the room at the slightest bump like some other brands. Just the right size to refill with 10 lbs or so of dog food left and you can still add a 40 lb bag. Great product but I don't know what I was thinking, my dog only weighs 18 lbs. Probably won't get to refill it until next year!

Great for puppy... Just like Boots & Barkley (Target) Mar 02, 2012

Like another reviewer commented, this must be the same company that manufactures the Boots & Barkley containers (Target). I chose this container because the wheels do not add height (I wanted to keep it under a shelf in my pantry.) I like that having a container contains the odor of the kibble & helps keep the puppy from nosing into the pantry for his food. It easily contained his 18 lb bag of puppy feed and slides easily forward and back.
If I wasn't concerned with height, I probably would get a container where the wheels are not "tucked" up into the design... it is a little annoying when you are scooping & the kibble is low, but I did choose this design.
FYI- not an issue for me, but it is not going to roll side to side because of the wheel design.

Nice size & durable but not air tight Oct 15, 2011
By Tanya R Hammen I agree with the reviews that comment on the nice size and durability of this container; however, the lid does not close tightly. In the back corners where the lid connects to the container there are spaces allowing air (or small creatures to get inside). I had purchased the container to store dog food in the garage or basement, but with it not being air tight, I was concerned. The container is now in our kitchen. It rolls nicely on the floor and fits under the desk, so in the end it worked out okay.
