this is a great little container--can be use for anything--in any room--for any storage. i currently use it to store extra keurig cups in the cabinet that don't fit in my keurig carousel. the top of mine was scuffed when i received it--a bit disappointed--but it didn't affect the usefulness of the container. wish it came in other colors than just blue.

i bought this to hold dog treats for my yorkie and because it matches the dog food container perfectly. it really does keep the treats fresh. many of her treats are the soft ones that come in those aluminum pouches and to make room i poured them into this container and threw the bags away. about two weeks after that i noticed that they weren't as soft as they were, but they never got any dryer or harder than that. they did lose a little moisture, but not a lot so that tells me that it is keeping things fresh, but it's not 100% airtight, but pretty darn close. 3 months later and her snacks are still soft and pliable. i really like this thing. it sits on top of the 25lb dog food container and it matches perfectly. it looks like it came as a set. btw, i got this at walmart for about $6.00.

You need to put down the size and/or amount of lbs it holds. Van Ness makes around 4 different sizes to accommodate different lbs.
